– You received the wrong item.– The item did not arrive as expected (e.g. damaged packaging).
– The item had defects.– Delivery times were too long.
– The forwarder does not allow inspection of the goods before payment.
Returned products must be in the original packaging, securely packaged, undamaged and unworn. This means that the items must be securely packaged in a cardboard box to protect them during transit, ideally the same cardboard used to ship them to you as a customer.
